Terms of Service
1. Who we are
These Terms govern use of the Q-Day Intelligence service (the “Service”), operated by QORONEX Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17102986) (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@qoronex.co.uk.
2. The Service
Q-Day Intelligence provides a quantum hardware progress tracker, public dashboard highlights, and paid API access to milestone and related intelligence data. Public pages may be viewed without registration. API access requires registration, approval, and a paid plan.
3. Accounts and API keys
- You must provide accurate registration details (name, work email, organisation, use case).
- We may approve, reject, or request more information at our discretion.
- API keys are personal to you/your organisation. Do not share keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.
- We may revoke keys for abuse, non-payment, security risk, or breach of these Terms.
4. Plans and payment
Current plan prices are shown on the pricing page. Until automated billing is enabled, paid access is confirmed manually after payment arrangements with QORONEX. Subscription end dates may be recorded in our admin systems; access ends when a subscription expires or is cancelled.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, scrape beyond published rate limits, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent QORONEX data as your own primary research without attribution.
- Do not reverse engineer or resell raw API feeds as a competing product without a written licence.
6. Data and intelligence disclaimer
Estimates, scores, and timelines (including Q-Day consensus bands) are informational. They are derived from public sources and human review, not guarantees of future events. Do not rely on the Service as sole input for safety-critical, regulatory, or investment decisions without independent verification.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, scoring methodology presentation, and site content are owned by QORONEX Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use approved API outputs for your internal business or research purposes under your plan.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may cause downtime. Paid plans may include uptime targets as described at purchase; remedies are limited to reasonable service credits or extension unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period (or £100 if none). Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or misuse. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, liability, governing law) will survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the UK may also bring claims in their local courts where mandatory rules allow.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes for paying customers will be notified by email where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
